Placing an order with us implies unconditional acceptance of the following conditions:<\/p>\n
Offers: The customer will not be able to consider their order firm until we have given our approval.<\/p>\n
Transportation: Our plants are sold, picked up at our warehouse, and travel at the buyer’s expense and risk.<\/p>\n
Packaging and Claims: Packaging and shipping will always be at the buyer’s expense, and our responsibility ceases when we deliver our merchandise to the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to temperature variations or negligence on the part of the transport company.<\/p>\n
In case of a complaint, it must be made to us within the first eight days from the date of receipt of the plants.<\/p>\n
Rooting: Our standard is to provide good service and gain customers, but we cannot be held responsible for poor rooting of the plants provided, as this can be due to multiple causes that are difficult to determine and generally beyond our control.<\/p>\n
Prices: Prices are exclusive of VAT.<\/p>\n
Varietal Error: In the case of fruit plantations, only plants from our nursery will be supplied except in the case of an excessive lack of a specific variety.<\/p>\n
We will always take meticulous care to avoid errors in labeling and grafting. In the event of an unintentional error, the customer will only be entitled to a replacement plant or re-grafting, once the error has been verified, without any other compensation. <\/p>\n
Advance payments: People not related to this company must advance us half the amount of their order or indicate a person or commercial house that guarantees it, not accepting orders less than 300 Euros.<\/p>\n
Banks: The amount of our invoices must be made in our name at the branches of Caja de Ahorros del Mediterr\u00e1neo, Banco de Sabadell and Banco de Valencia, all of them in NULES (Castell\u00f3n).<\/p>\n
Removal of plants: The person who signs the removal note will be considered to be expressly authorized to do so as the buyer’s representative, who is also solely responsible for the corresponding payment for said merchandise.<\/p>\n
Litigation: In the event of litigation, it would be resolved in the courts of this city.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
